Could not score take out as never got waited on by staff. The only one in line. Second visit as same thing occurred in 1st visit. All staff ignored me as I stood in line, walking past me. Second visit I asked for a manager. She stared her name but all she Saud was I'm sorry. Never asked to take my order or have anyone take order.by this time an elderly person said she had been waiting and staff stood right in front of her walking away as if she was in invisible. The manager just stand there wiping her hand on a cloth consistently. I even asked do you just service e drive through because those are only orders being taken filled? NO RESPONSE just wipes hands never attempt to fill order or asked what can she do to fix situation. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

First of all, let me say - I never give reviews, and most of the time depending on who is working my experience is always up or down. But today- Kaya - AM cashier and Dre were amazing! Everytime I come and they are there, they always have good customer service. Their energy is always at a high! If they having a bad day, or a customer make them mad, YOU CAN NEVER TELL! I love their dedication and drive to promote good customer service! They need a raise and promotion. They truly deserve it! We need more people like that in fast food! Thank you for all that you all do and instill in these fast food employees! Their customer service is 100% exceptional and The food was fresh!

Very lazy staff, around 3 or 4 workers managing all the orders. It tooo 30 minutes to get our food. It was dry and had tasted mildly unpleasant. Bathroom was locked and they weren’t letting people in.

We have ordered coffee here at least 15 times. We always order a large coffee with 8 sugar and 8 cream. They repeat the order it is correct on the screen and yet the coffee never has cream or sugar when we get it. Blah place.

Actually, the best McDonald's French fries I've had in years.. My order was correct they were fast efficient and very friendly. I pray they keep up the good work. It's been a long time from that location seems as though what they're doing now is working very well.
