Ride up the parking garage and ride down it on a bike
Free electric car charging station but unfortunately it works when it wants to. Relatively always safe during the night if parked there to charge because campus security drives around keeping the peace. I think this one near the engineer school should have more than two chargers since on average there is probably more than four during the day during the week there completing to get there first to be on the charger.
Its a parking spot that's patroled. What else can i say. Made a turn there
