Never stayed in the hotel here but came to the comedy show with my hubby and it was FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I was laughing until I was crying 😂😭😂 the comics were great the tickets were affordable and so we're the drinks 🍹🍸🍺🍷 We had a great time can't wait to see who else comes and we'll get tickets to go and probably next time bring some friends along! 👍🏽👍🏽
Make sure you read the fine print if you can find it. No where on the reservation email does it say you have to check in before 9pm. Was almost to the hotel when I got a cancellation email at 9:13pm. Arrived at 9:27pm. Within 14 minutes they told me the room was unavailable and they had no other rooms. Front desk was no help and of course there was no manager on duty. Had the reservation email out. Was there for business and myself nor any one from our company will be saying there again. Guess they didn’t want our business or our money on the tables. Giant waste of time. How can the hotel have a 24 cancel policy yet you have only 5hrs to check in. Terrible business.
Let me preface this by saying I booked my stay at the Ameristar hotel solely for the purpose of getting a little rest and relaxation. They did NOT disappoint! From Radiance (an amazing person, by the way) at the front desk to the cashier at Burger Brothers, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a lovely, quiet room...great food... and and all the R&R I could ever ask for! Thank you for making my birthday weekend special for me!! And for putting up with tired, cranky old lady I was when I checked in! 😆
Save your money folks. No wins here. This isn't just a one time bad luck day. This is an every time we have tried going here situation. We have donated way enough money to this casino. I have never had the luxury of even winning enough to play for more than an hour here. Then it's donation time! Try any other casino if you want a better chance of winning even $10.
Everybody was very freindly. Casino staff was very freindly and helpfull explaining everything to use since it was our first time at a Casino. Hotel was nice and prompt when we needed anything. Was a great weekend get away for our anniversary
