The guy who runs this place is nice. His mom is very mean and seems to look for opportunities to take out her frustrations on you. If you can't read minds and don't like being corrected constantly in an exasperated tone as you're trying to do what she asks, maybe find somewhere else.
Rented a truck yesterday to move some items to a crafts fair. Employees very slowly got everything prepared and even though they were standing there looking at us, they didn't greet us. Instead they kept having a private conversation two feet away. Very rude. Eventually they told us we had to call to pick up the truck. So we call into the office, watch a man walk out to grab the phone and he immediately hangs out up. We call again and finally get a woman on the phone and we're able to get the truck after a 20 minute wait. It was dirty on the inside (driver's seat) but that didn't bother us too much. The passenger side door was also iffy and had problems closing. At that point we already rented so we just accepted it. The same day, we filled the tank ABOVE what was needed to return it. After being told to just leave the keys in the seat and go home, we called back nearly 30 minutes later to get the final total and were told there was going to be a $50ish charge for returning the truck with less than the quarter tank we were supposed to have. We were told they didn't put it in the system yet as they were apparently giving us some grace period to pick it back up and fill it properly. At this point we go back to the place and ask about the truck and a different guy apologizes saying that it was all a mistake and we wasted our own gas coming back up there. Now we're running late for work and have wasted gas and time for no reason. Tl;Dr: Shady practices and raggedy trucks. Would not be a return customer or recommend to a friend
Ms Linda was very patient with my mother whos older.. she explained to her how to call the bank n release the hold on her card to rent the Uhaul..she instantly re ran the card and was on or way... thank u Ms Linda for your great customer service.
The owner an crew keep it very clean an neat. Affordable an the space is big. They take donations that help out children. They keep u updated on everything that goes on an make sure ur things are safe an store properly
Using this facility for storage as well as utilizing their trucks for moving has always been a good experience. The staff is kind and professional. I have been dealing with this facility for at least 5 years now and any time I needed to move in or utilize their services, there was never a problem. Prices are reasonable and I have never incurred a security issue. Great business!
