Best times to shop is Sundays between opening and 2pm. They have rearranged and moved everything in the food dept why, I do not know! Customer help on the floor is fairly easy to come by Actual customer serviceis great if it's not crowded with only 1 rep there to wait on you. They have great shop and deliver groceries to your home. They are very punctual and accurate in picking the right products

Can store management at this location please manage the curbside pickup parking spaces? They are always full of patrons who aren’t waiting for their order but inside shopping. Get a private local boot guy to boot their cars as soon as he sees them leave it to go inside the store. That will curtail this issue quickly. Really it’s a good idea for all the stores curbside pickup areas.

Stephanie is always so rude! (Customer Service/Money Center). Her and Barbara told me they no longer do diaper exchanges, but I was told the day before that they do. It was ofcourse a lie 🤷🏽‍♀️. If you don’t wanna do your job, just SAY THAT. It always seems like half of these people don’t wanna do their JOB! Don’t work in customer service if you are so miserable. I’ve never seen staff so LAZY and mad all of the time. I went to the other Macon location even though I live in Jones Co & took my business elsewhere (Harrison Rd). They handled me & told me that the managers lied about the whole situation. Real sad. Y’all gotta do better. 🫠

I truly resent being constantly stopped at the door to have my receipt checked. And this place has hired illiterate people who take forever to read the receipt. They always run out of stuff too. None of the other WalMarts are as bad as this one.

Store has been recently remodeled and I had to walk around to find things. Before that I knew where everything was. Staff is always helpful and kind.
