Terrible. Had what was supposed to be a 48 hour trailer drop. I dropped it Friday night...it is now Thursday afternoon. & it still has not been touched. My experience with places that lie about unloading time is, they do not pay well on layover / detention. Was told yesterday it was on the schedule for today. Lies, lies, lies. Either someone is barely working, or this facility is attempting to use trailers as storage on thier property.
I do not like the way this company does business. I have never had to drop a trailer and come back days later up to 10 days they said. My objective is to get in there get out so I can continue to make money. Down days or waiting means no money as a owner operator. I've been sitting here since Friday. Now, hoping Tuesday afternoon my trailer will be empty so I can continue working. This is bad business for owner operators.
