Phenomenal customer service. Clean Facility. With the sad disappearance of this chain we tend to hunt them down when traveling. That being said, we take orders from friends and go big. We ordered 40 fish and 40 chicken planks with a dozen hush puppies. The cashier didn't even flinch and immediately started trying to find the best deal. They cooked the entire order fresh within 30 minutes, supplied plenty if condiments, bagged it carefully and delivered all with smiles. The location is about 10 to 15 minutes off of interstate 75 south of Atlanta and nestled in the center of a backwoods town. Bit, it's worth the drive!

Updated: Came back a year later and this place is still trash. You need to fire the lady in the photo she’s terrible and I’m sure she’s costing you a lot of money with her attitude and poor customer service. Food is just ok. Nothing like it used to be. Also my food was cooked in old grease. All of the sodas were out and the tea wasn’t sweet.

The service was great. I did an online order and it was prompt and ready. I spoke with a couple employees while waiting a little bit and they were extremely courteous and nice. It was nice to see a long John's silvers being as my city no longer has one. Thank you guys for being open and having great customer service. The date I visited was 05/25 in the evening, there were 3 total workers that I could see and they all were helping each other to get the job done. I admired their teamwork. Thank you guys for being the best!

The ladies were great, but the food wasn't what I expected. I and about 3 other guests didn't feel comfortable eating the coleslaw because it was very pasty and sticky. When you scooped some, it was a if there was cheese in it like mac & cheese. My coworker and I felt sick at work for the rest of the day.

Ordered drive thru…I ordered 6 pieces of fish, family coleslaw and ind. fries. the coleslaw was a slimy texture, it couldn’t be eaten made my stomach turn just to look at it. The fish was crunchy around the edges but under cooked in middle. This is the first time I have had a bad experience with this restaurant. I tried calling many times only to receive a recording saying everyone was busy. This was a waste of my hard earned money!
