Customer service from the pharmacist and the pharmacy staff was very rude and judgemental. I tried asking questions for help, they offered me one word responses like "yep," "okay," and I could continue. If you're in the vicinity, I would advise steering clear of this walgreens unless you want to spend an entire day dealing with a pharmacy issue that they will not provide any assistance with. In fact, they just might cancel your prescription, as they did mine. 🤷‍♂️👏👏👏 Cherry Grove Pharmacy takes the win!!!!

I visited this pharmacy while on vacation bc my daughter had an ear infection. This is the rudest pharmacy staff I have ever experienced. All I needed was a prescription that was sent to them faxed to another pharmacy bc Walgreens didn’t have it and Shelley was soooo mean! Saying it was about closing time and I needed to come back in the morning. Then suddenly when I confront her about it and say that the other pharmacy says they can just fax it over, she very grumpily does it. After she told me she couldn’t. As I’m walking away, I overhear her talking about me to the pharmacist. Just so rude! And it was literally the simplest request. And after reading other reviews, I see that they are rude to just about everyone! Ridiculous!

Absolute worst pharmacy ever. . We had 5 prescriptions there. Got 2 of them were told to come back in an hour for the other ones. this is after a patient with stage. 4 cancer has been without medication for 4 days because of this pharmacy. Worst place to go ever. but all pharmacies are like that.

Pharmacy is the RUDEST I have ever experienced. Honestly I can’t believe it. It doesn’t take but ONE SECOND to say you’re welcome instead of hanging up before I finish. OH, and stop talking so fast~ you are one person, treat the one you’re working with at that moment with just a little respect. What if it were YOU or YOUR family fighting for their life on the other end of the phone?

My typical pharmacy had an unexpected system shutdown this week on a day that my daughter had teeth extracted. The dental practice called in the prescriptions to Walgreens and Shelly could not have been any more helpful and got me the 4 prescriptions quickly. She made my heart smile on what was a very stressful day.
