I have been with this bank for a long time. I have never called for any assistance. Never once bothered them with anything. But the first time I call and Talk to Megan Gatian I am totally disrespected as a customer. Not heard and pushed off to Customer Service by her because it was close to 4pm. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. Very POOR I repeat POOR customer service. Have to make formal complaint to Office of the President of United Bank. 4pm was more important than customer service satisfaction. I am very offended
