The bathrooms are horrid- they are never clean, there was no hand soap or paper towels. The door on the disability accessible stall is broken and won’t lock. All the surfaces need cleaned and or replaced. There were no napkins around the snack area. Workers were leaning on the front counter playing on their phones when I went to ask for help. Paid $70 tickets & $40 drinks & snacks. Terrible experience - not worth it just for 3D and reclining seats.
Loved the seating. Reclining and heated, spacious seats. You select your seats when you pay. Overall, good experience. Two tickets for Sunday night show, bag of popcorn and 2 medium drinks was close to $50. Only complaint was all the trash that was behind the seats. You wouldn't realize it though unless you glanced down purposefully. Could be cleaner.
I would've given this place 5 stars but the bathrooms Need a major upgrade. The employees did an excellent job, the food was very good. We got pretzels, sliders, fries, popcorn of course and drinks. Seats were comfortable. Loved the movie it wasn't freezing but I had a jacket just in case
I love the updated reclining seats but the place was very dirty with popcorn and sticky soda everywhere in the lobby. Bathrooms could also use some more cleaning. Other than that, I always enjoy my movie experience (:
Haven't been to movies in forever, love the reclining/heat. Bathrooms are nasty tho. Can tell they are way under staffed but we still had a good experience and would go back.
