My father and I went here after dinner. Had two amazing campfire hot chocolates. Delicious! Our waitress Heather was incredibly nice, and went above and beyond for us to taste a number of the whiskies. I loved the peanut butter whiskey, and I bought a bottle of the bourbon. Thanks to all the amazing staff for the amazing evening treat!
My new business, Wise Aspirations Event Design was contacted to collaborate on a NYE event, to showcase the Steamboat Whiskey Company's new and improved bar space. The party was sold out, and a huge success. I enjoyed working with Jess and Nate throughout the entire process so much that I am now working behind the bar! This place has got some good vibes, and my serendipitous history with the Whiskey Co. is a pure example of that! I look forward to continuously collaborating with such an amazing company!
We made it in for a pre-dinner beverage and I have to say my smoked old fashioned was amazing. I ended up breaking one of my 25+ year drinking rules- no shots but I was so curious to try the peanut butter bourbon - I couldn’t help myself when the Brit next to me begged us to join him on a shot-ski. It was yummy I was glad I wasn’t driving.
Great local spot for locally crafted spirits, cocktails and food!! When you visit be sure to learn the story of how this place came to be from the Navy Seal and his wife who founded the place. I highly recommend the Smoked Manhattan (pictured) for whiskey drinkers and my wife loves thw Cherry Gin Mule. All the food is great and if you can get a spot on the patio, you'll have great sunset views! Visit and enjoy!
Amazing whiskey especially the smoked walnut old fashioned. Happy hour is great! Bartender went out of his way to explain how they distill and offered some tastes as well. Highly recommend the Ol Red!
