Went for dinner with my mom on Valentine's Day evening. Didn't realize it was V day so we ended up here. The chicken fingers and fries were excellent. Food came up before we were done navigating the beverage machine. Everything is self serve from order, payment and beverages. Staff was very helpful and nice. Dining room was clean. Definitely recommend!!

Pink hamburgers... I know a lot of people fine with that but I can't stand it. Instant stomach turner. I just recently went a few times after not going for over a year. 1 out of 3 orders were completely correct. 😩 How can they screw up orders from their own app? 😂

The kiosks have ruined this place. I understand now why Steak and Shake closed so many locations last year. This one should be the next to go. The drink machine code is weird, I don't even understand if you can get a refill or not because it doesn't say anything on the kiosk or on the receipt. The fries suck, gotta pay extra for cheese to make them tolerable. I won't be back 👎👎

Not a fan of the way they are now. No waitresses, order at a kiosk, have to put a QR code under a scanner to get a drink that dispenses for 10 seconds. Absolutely zero human connection. They expect you to tip at the kiosk, not going to happen. I would have gladly tipped well to a waitress. Just sad sad sad!

I'm kind of impartial to this location because I worked here for many years in what seems like another life, but they do have good food for cheap. You just can't beat a double steak burger with cheese with everything on it
