Upon arrival the staff were friendly and we were seated immediately. After that service fell apart. It took them 3 tries to bring us the correct drinks and to remember the queso. When we got our food it was just okay. Everything was drenched in a sauce and soggy. I will say that the tamales were the best part of the meal.

Always great food and service... Have personally sampled a lot of items off the menu and they all have tasted delicious... Highly recommended!!!

I have been going to Buen for 25+ years starting back when they had the small location by the high school. I have lived in Chicago and now live in NC and this is still my favorite restaurant. We are always treated well when we go! The Chile con queso is the best I’ve ever had, and everything I’ve ever tried on the menu has been enjoyable. This place will always have a special place in my heart!

Excellent food camaronés ala diabala and the panchos were the bomb. Server was pleasant and anticipated our needs. Will be stopping here to eat whenever we're in town.
