I’m really upset because I was so hungry lol and I got the flattest sandwich ever with missing items. Customer service was great but that sandwich was a complete fail. Assuming one of the employees may have been new

Bought online for guys at work. The wonderful staff even helped take it out to my truck. Love the box lunches.

Slowest Ever! I have never been to JJ where the employees move so slow. Everything we order it takes FOREVER! Food is as expected.. Decided to write this review while waiting in the drive thru for my online order....I had plenty of time!

Okay I officially LOVE Jimmy!! I have an autoimmune disease, Celiac disease, which makes it impossible for me to eat out anywhere with cross contamination. But you guys are so awesome and clean that I can get an unwich at any point in the day and it's safe for me! You are always willing to change gloves and clean off the counters so I can eat safely! You guys rock! I'm so thankful to be able to still go out to eat, even if it is only at one place! You guys deserve so much recognition and praise! Thank you guys so much!

This Jimmy John's is one of Danville's underutilised resources. I come here almost daily. The staff cleans at every available opportunity. I wouldn't be surprised if the meat slicer loses its finish soon from being cleaned so much. The restrooms are always clean (Ok, I've only seen the mend room) The staff has always been good, friendly, and professional. There is almost always seating available. This JJ is across from the Village Mall. It doesn't get the customer traffic it deserves. The tea is amazing - my opinion. The sandwiches are excellent. I like the whole wheat bread personally. The 'freaky fast' motto works here. I've even gotten my sandwich before the cashier handed me my change before. A great place to relax and regroup.
