I don't typically like leaving bad reviews but I feel like this should be addressed. I stopped by early morning on 10/16 to pick up a small breakfast snack and a couple of milks after working all night, when I got home and took a couple swigs of the white milk I was immediately greeted with a horrific sour taste and smell that made me vomit. I saw the expiration date on the lid said 10/01/2023. Admittedly, I didn't check the date myself because I typically don't need to. When I called the station to report the 2 week spoiled milk, the phone rang for nearly a minute before I gave up and drove there again. When I told the clerk that the milk was expired, she responded with "Okay, I'll pull them." No apology, no offer to replace the milk, I had to ask for that myself. I worked at a grocery store for 7 years, and I understand that sometimes things get missed, but at a gas station so small that is also 24/7 I have a hard time believing that the overnight crew don't have time to go through the dairy products (at the very least) to check for expired or soon-to-be-expired product.

Staff are nice, new pumps are nice but if I am paying you for the gas, can you please add a MUTE BUTTON ON THE PUMPS?

Permanently lost my business at this location. I am of age and the elderly white haired average build woman working refused to serve me cigarettes because she couldn't scan my ID. I have never had a problem before with this. Also she immediately became rude with me. Wouldn't even scan my speedy rewards card. This is after waiting in line behind 4 people. I go to this store almost every morning before work. Don't waste your time at this location. You get treated so much better at the gas station further down the road.

Horrible customer service during the morning rush. Older woman worker is always very rude and grumpy just what everyone wants before going to work for 9 hours. I always say" good morning" and get no response and say "thank you "and "have a great day" and if I get a response it is "yup". This gas station is on my way from home to work and I now drive further down to Shell. Employees on other shifts do awesome but maybe this employee should not work in a customer related job.
