Person who took the order was fantastic! Super nice great hospitality. You could tell he was one of the only two people there and was probably a little rushed but he didn't let it affect him and was very nice and verbally greeted everyone the same and seemed very sincere!

Slow taking orders, 5 min between people taking orders. Unacceptable. Good food. They out my said bowl in the bag sideways and it leaked and tore the bag.

There is no greater chciken sandwich than their crispy chicken truffle mushroom swiss sandwich. The sweet potato fries are so delicious. Don't miss out.

Food was great but they screwed up my order and gave me what I “needed” and not what i wanted. They were at Gate 22 in terminal B. Our flight was opposite end of terminal so by the time i discovered the problem I just couldnt do the trek again to get the extra patty they owed me.

Smashburger used to be the best place for a true classic burger. Generous and fresh angus beef patties and real Hagen Daz ice cream shakes. They had big signs on the walls touting the meat, its freshness and the ice cream. I went at beginning of November and had the best burger ever. Returned 2 weeks later, ordered, and got a super small, dry, over-salted, over-cooked burger and a so-so shake. Noticed plaster holes and patching on the walls and hardware from demo in the garbage can. They must have just ripped the signs off the walls that day. They did lower the price, from $8.99 to $5.29 for the single classic but the quality is now less than Jack in the Box, so just do drive thru. I'm sure this decision to downgrade food and pricing was covid related and I wish them well, but I'll have to skip them from now on.
