This place is so huge. But I only come here for Marshalls and Burlington. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Marshalls here has the best selections of merchandise. I can easily find what I was looking for. It's such a pleasure to shop here. Burlington is a bit of disapointment. A lot of shelves and racks are empty with poor styles and selections.

Simultaneously, it houses high-end stores like Kate Spade and Versace, appealing to those seeking luxury items. This variety ensures that whether you're looking for everyday wear or something more upscale, the Great Mall has something for everyone. In addition to fashion, the Great Mall features specialty stores offering watches, jewelry, and unique items from shops like Pandora and Swarovski. For those interested in a different kind of shopping experience, there are also entertainment options and a food court with a range of dining choices. One aspect that might be less appealing to visitors from the Middle East is the mall's closing time. Unfortunately, this mall has deteriorated quite a bit over the past few years. Even during normal business hours, several large, notable stores were closed including Nike and Converse. Additionally, the quality of the bathroom maintenance was poor (vomit in sink) and the water fountain did not have any running water. It’s really too bad because it used to be so lively and well-kept.
