On this trip the car selection was really poor. Oddly they had a huge section of cars in an area named "Reserved" which was unavailable to Executive level renters. The Reserved section had several nice cars I would have liked to rent. I haven't seen this setup before. It's a little off putting. Looking over at Enterprise they had a far better selection available. I do hope this isn't a National trend, I have been a loyal customer for years, I would hate to switch to another vendor.

A little frustrating after flight due to the inability to find a vehicle for us, even though we stand ahead of time. BUT, when they showed us a vehicle that did not meet our needs and we pointed out a different one, they easily accommodate us. Enjoyed driving a 2023 Kia Soul that was accessible and clean. Check out and check in was fairly easy.

My very first time to visit here was an excellent experience once my family and I got the rules of the road nailed down per renting a vehicle from Enterprise and making use of the airport and airlines. Tuesdays and Wednesdays, apparently, are the worst days to try and rent a vehicle as a lot of rentals get returned on those days or a lot of pre planned or pre booked rentals occur on those days. Do be advised. But a good enough experience overall to say rent from there anytime you are coming into the Greater San Jose and Valley Area for business or pleasure. See y'all there!

Perfect location from the SJC airport. Had an online reservation for pickup at Hertz. No queue at the front desk on Tuesday Morning and just spent 5 mins checking in. Car pickup was nearby. Had to refill the car before the drop off. Easy to drop off as well. Overall satisfied experience.

Clean and really no line. In and out pretty smoothly. Was not expecting to take a shuttle to get to it from terminal A but wasn’t a problem.
