Ordered a Carmel latte. They said the Carmel’s homemade and I wanted to try that. It tasted absolutely disgusting usually I’ll drink a drink that I don’t like but I couldn’t stomach that. I went back in asking if I could switch out a drink because I wasn’t happy with this one they said no and no to a refund. Eventually I got a refund and I said I probably won’t be returning then because the bad customer service and they said please don’t. I usually will give a place more than one try but not in this case

Signet is the best coffee shop in SEK! The staff go out of their way to make sure the guests are welcomed and I love all the plants in the atmosphere. Favorite cup of coffee ever and those scones are delightful as well.

Came in the other day and I wish I didn’t. I was met with rude staff when I asked questions about the menu because it was my first time. I got a latte and a muffin. The muffin was stale and the latte was hot when I asked for iced. They were out of everything and the trash cans were super full. I always try to support local businesses but I would not recommend this place to anyone in Pittsburg.

Been here a few times and its a nice place with a friendly staff, but the Coffee falls short. The french press they served me was very weak and after sampling several of their roasted beans i found that they taste kind of the same, and not very good. I'm sure its fine if you just add a bunch of cream and sugar, but if you want decent coffee ive found much better coffee roasters around

Tried their matcha and it’s weird tasting, powdery, and too expensive. Also the curly hair manager is very rude and condescending. The inside is kinda cute, but i would never personally recommend this place.
