For delivery drivers, it's a little snug but not too bad. I parked on the street and walked around back to check in. Go in south drive, out north drive. Super friendly staff, in and out in under an hour (but only had 2 pallets). Appt 9am, checked in at 8am.

Got here one day before my delivery date. Guy(Frank) that’s in charge for Receiving wanted $180 to unload. Said that’s for rescheduling fee🖕🖕Just wanted 💸 Called TQL to see if they can do anything. They told TQL, they busy. BS. 4 Doors, Only 1 truck in door.

Easy to get to from I-80, entrance & docks are a little tight for highway semis but doable. Very fast unload and seem very understanding of winter weather related delays.

I showed up at my appointment time. Had to wait for a door. Overall a tight experience. No room for overnight parking. Quick to unload. Lumper fee was reasonable. Check or cash. They also charge late and rescheduling fees.

They get a 1.5 for facility super small the only receiving doc is right To the wall so it's super tight but the guy who unloaded me was super nice got me done in less than 15 minutes and was able to get out of there
