It was hot AF inside the movie area. Like the theater for the hallways and concessions was nice and AC but inside theater 15 where I watched longlegs (BTW it's awful and super boring don't go see it) it was hot and I was sweating while watching the movie and my beer didn't cool me off. The recliner chairs were uncomfortable on the head and neck. The staff was super nice and the booze/food cost was acceptable for a theater. And the place was clean and quiet nice looking but I can't give more than 2 stars for it being unbearably hot while watching the movie especially when it's super hot in the summer, we went there to relax in the cool ac to escape outside and it was the same temp in the shade outside as it was inside that theater.

Having been born and raised in the neighborhood, my relationship with Galaxy Theaters Victorian Sparks is deeply sentimental. I've been frequenting this theater since it first opened its doors. In fact, I used to play in its construction site as a kid! Over the years, I've witnessed its transformation, embracing each remodeling phase as a welcome change to a cherished locale. Most of the experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. The seating is top-notch; you could easily spend hours comfortably ensconced in those plush chairs. The audio-visual setup is state-of-the-art, and although the concession stands can feel like a hit on the wallet, they're part of the whole movie-going experience we've come to love. However, a recent Sunday noon visit left me rather disappointed, particularly concerning the men's restroom. I wasn't expecting a lavish space, but basic cleanliness should be a given. Shockingly, the restroom was in an atrocious state. This wasn't during peak hours or a weekend night—it was a Sunday morning, a time when the theater should be relatively empty and easy to maintain. What makes it worse is that my girlfriend reported the women's restroom was impeccably clean, highlighting a clear discrepancy in maintenance standards between the genders. In summary, Galaxy Theaters Victorian Sparks is generally an excellent theater with much to offer. But when you're charging premium prices for tickets and concessions, you'd expect a universally high standard of cleanliness, not just for half your patrons. It's disheartening to have an otherwise wonderful outing marred by something as basic yet essential as restroom hygiene.

It was great! Better cost than the iMax. Also better seats. I didn’t see a huge amounts of upgrades. I’ve been here before and just so-so interior?

The volume levels at this theatre are totally unnecessary. Attended the Longlegs showing last night and both me, my gf, and multiple other moviegoers had to cover our ears because of how piercingly loud they had the volume up. Came to see a movie, not to damage my hearing. Definitely soured the experience for me. A lot of other people were shocked and reacting to this as well. Will not be attending this theatre again until they address this. Ears have been ringing since last night. Completely overkill!

Awesome Theater. Clean. Friendly staff. Tons of food options as well as adult beverages such as beer, wine, or mixed drinks! I just watched Spider-Man here and I had a blast, super comfy chairs, roomy and spacious. Can't wait to come back.
