Good coffe. Early morning was not crowded; ham, cheese, eggs muffin delicious. They also have refreshments, water and sandwiches. The Wall Street Journal Stand is across the hall, so you can pickup your favorite reading material before coffee.
Wow, the blonde, young cashier sure does not like to be at work. What a joke! Poor customer service, she wouldn't even talk...then got my drink wrong and acted like it was my fault. Time to change jobs if your that unhappy.
Okay C’mon! Had my mouth ready for a strawberry smoothie and out comes a McDonald’s shake lookalike. Then I realized that there were no real strawberry’s...only syrup! What the heck dude
So you sell me a stale croissant - hard as a rock kind of stale when I pulled it out of the bag to eat - and the 2 employees don't know how to give me a refund. So I called the main office and never received a return call. TERRIBLE customer service!
The cashier and barista were so friendly and upbeat even at 6am. They were very quick and made a great iced latte.
