Place is a joke. Wants you to pay extra to shop when there open. Like already pay $50 a year but you want $50 more to shop during all of your business hours. Sounds like discrimination if I paid you I shouldn’t have to wait till after 10am to shop. I should be able to shop when your open! Just know after 10 years I will cancel my membership

If I could leave 0/5 stars I would. The other day I was backing up my car trying to leave as their less than competent cart worker decided do park the mule behind my car and walk away. Zero awareness to a members moving car and the two scraped each other leaving a nice deep scratch on my car. I filed a claim to only receive a phone call from what sounded like a high school girl reprimanding me and saying they will not pay or offer any compensation and to “watch my mouth”. She was terribly rude from the beginning. Her reason was: the worker took his hands off the cart mule when the two clashed. As if that matters. Another worker inside even shared that the cart worker always has headphones in. Zero compensation and zero compassion was offered. Bare minimum could have offered a gift card lol. I regret spending countless money there and going out of my way to seek out Sam’s club gas to save ¢10. Canceling the membership ASAP and will be getting everyone I know who has one to do the same. 👎 billionaire business could at least invest in some charismatic workers and fair resolutions. *look below at the countless bad reviews of their worker services* go to Costco or BJs

Other than it being ridiculous to have to be a paid member of any store. And the new rules regarding membership and what time you’re allowed in. I’d say Sams has always been a positive experience. Those 2 issues are constantly a thorn in my side however. I have similar feelings about supermarkets and their bogus shopper club cards. Just charge the best price you can for the products at all times to everyone. Sams at least doesn’t have that stupidity going on so I can see some value in the membership right there. People are friendly in general and seem knowledgeable. That’s a rare bird these days. It appears as though that trend doesn’t carry over to the Walmart next door. Lol

I really enjoy shopping at this Sam’s Club. We’ve only been there on the weekend when it is always very, very busy. This is probably among the larger store models for that brand of club, so the selection is better than some of the smaller Sam’s Clubs. My only complaint would be the parking lot has minimal dimensions which makes parking an F-150 or other larger vehicle a little uncomfortable sometimes. The fuel station associated with this unit also has inadequate capacity for the volume of business it gets. I suppose they had to make space-consideration sacrifices to put this club in that location.

First of all I’ve never written a single negative review before, but this store really pissed me off. The beef and chicken I bought from them the last two times were all stale and smells incredibly awful. I put the meat in ziploc bags as soon as I get home everytime I come back from the store, and the meat just smells so bad and disgusting, making the whole building stink and the entire neighborhood would vomit and then kill themselves. The smell is like you entered a wooden house in the hot and humid amazon jungle in the middle of July and found there were thousands of rotten dead animal bodies hanging on the wall and laying on the ground. I really don’t know what the hell is wrong with the supply chain or the meat source, but this is annoying and unsatisfying. The owner should definitely do something and test the meat quality!!!!!!!!!!!
