I sat at the bar, something that usually makes me feel nervous/uncomfortable and Marvin and Devon made me feel so calm and comforted. They spoke to me about drink options cause i had NO idea what martini i wanted and i ended up with the yummiest lemon drop i’ve ever had. I will definitely be visiting Sam Adam’s Brewhouse every time I am at Richmond Airport. 100/10 service, smiles, and all around great vibes!

Came here before n afternoon flight and was promptly greeted by the bartender Marvin. I sat at the bar. Service was quick and food time was quick. I ordered a basic drink which was quick to make. Marvin kindly listed the types of vodka which I appreciated because they're not all created equal. Other people started to come in and Marvin took care of everyone swiftly. He's super friendly which makes the travel experience so much nicer. Anytime I'm in terminal B I'll definitely pop back in.

Me and my husband sat down at the bar to order a beer before our flight; we tried to order politely, but the bartender shut us down pretty quickly and said "give me a second." Couple minutes pass by and we see multiple people order drinks at the bar and at the tables and this bartender, named ADAM, continued to ignore us right in our faces. We were the only non-white people in the restaurant, and we really don't want to think it was that. But he refused us service until we felt so uncomfortable that we left. People around us also noticed and said, "that's definitely not okay". It isn't. Mr Adam, please do better, and we hope it wasn't racially motivated. But it's 2024 and again, do better. Management, be aware of the employees you have running your establishment.

Tabbi was absolutely amazing. she was such a sweetheart, and the food came out super fast and she frequently checked up on us. I definitely recommend this place out of all the restaurants in the airport.

Marvin the bartender was great. Attentive but not overly attentive. Helpful and easy to talk to when I had questions about the menu. Great customer service.
