I love the people here! It is so convenient and I love paying ahead, driving in and having the van there to pick me up before I even get out of my vehicle. Getting a ride back to parking is as easy as a quick phone call and they are always right there within minutes. I have used this service countless times and not a single complaint about anyone or anything. The drivers are fantastic too, do not forget to tip them each way!!!
Their price per day is good and they are fairly quick on getting you to the airport. Their pickup from the airport has gone downhill though. There were multiple of us waiting for 25+ minutes today and several of us called multiple times.
Great access to RIC, along with fast shuttle service. You cant beat the prices and RIC tends to be a no hassel airport. Quick check-ins and short tsa lines. Arriving 2hrs early isn't really necessary.
Very friendly and helpful personnel. Our first time using Park ‘N Go and could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely use them again!
Super easy to use- make sure you get the app it makes it seamless! Team is very friendly and helpful. Got a water on the way out too- nice touch for those who needed a drink after running through the airport. Keep up the great work!
