Nice little Peruvian spot. The service was rather slow and took a while before taking our order. The food was decent but not decent enough to make a return visit. The atmosphere was fine, but it was a hot day and the restaurant was very warm.

We had a flight delay and decided to try grab a quick lunch near the airport. Very glad we found Canastas. Wanted to try something new, so they recommended the Anticucho de Pollo with cilantro rice… an absolute must-try if visiting. Super tender chicken and a rather generous portion. Also had to try one of their homemade desserts; dulce de leche which was honestly ‘ok’. Service was a bit slow and the restaurant temperature was on the warm side. Other than that, if you’re not in a rush give them a try.

Wanted something "local" while in the area; found this little spot. I ordered the Parrilla Mix. The fried rice and green beans were a tad cold. The chicken is flippin amazing! Steak- tender and flavorful. Shrimp cooked perfectly, flavorful. Even though side dishes were a little cold, the entire meal was delicious and plentiful! Money well spent. I gave 4 stars because of the side dishes were not hot AND on both occasions an employee was cleaning the floor and blocking access to the drink dispenser. Definitely a trip/slip hazard waiting to happen👎🏾

Visited at the end of October ‘23 The menu was extensive, but I was interested in trying out their bowl. Many options to make the bowl your own. The bowl was packed and sooo good - just wish I had one closer to me! Staff was friendly and patient with me, explaining the options and accommodating my requests.

I'm from NC and this place has saved me from starving while I was in the area for work purposes. Extremely wonderful service. Great food. Great portions. I would love to have one near where I live in NC.!!
