I had the worst experience with Penske truck rental. I reserved a truck days in advance and the day of the pick-up 15 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up the truck. I received a call stating that the truck was not going to be at the schedule location. And that I could pick up the truck at a different location. But if I choose to wait it would 15 to minutes 20 minutes before the truck reach the schedule location. I also was told that I needed a CDL license to drive the big truck.I waited for about a hour. After I returned the truck. I notice I was charge for more days then I had the truck. And a couple days later I got a phone call stating that I owe more money after i had just pay for the truck the day I returned it . Penske also had a hold for a different amount on my credit card when I clearly paid for the truck when I returned it. This was the worst experience that I ever had with a truck rental company. And I would never used them again!!
