This is a fantastic gem of a theater in Downtown Rochester. Art Deco styling that is fantastic. It's been refreshed but still holds onto parts of the original building. From the marquee out front, the ticket booth, concessions stand. Beautiful theater. Has a stage, not sure if they do performances. They do show a large variety of films. Seating capacity is just under 300. I'm glad that it is kept in such good condition.
Excellent service, atmosphere. Clean, reasonable ticket and food prices. So glad we have this cinema in Rochester!
My first time going to The Little Theater was in conjunction with Fringe fest. I loved the live performances in the intimate setting, I will definitely be looking for more activities and consider coming to them for regular screenings as well. Can't wait to come back for more!
Inexpensive way to see a movie on a weeknight. Some theaters have better screens than others. The popcorn is great in the cafe is nice as well. Regular outstanding musical performances by the Eastman School as well as art exhibits in the cafe.
What a great theatre! We came here for a concert and it was such a wonderful space for it. Also the popcorn was delicious! Lovingly renovated but they have kept the beautiful art deco features. We will be back!
