They open the doors 15 minutes before showtime, and yes, through out cold winters! They have a bar and a kitchen, to which you are only able to order online. They have QR codes in front of every seat so you can scan to place your order. I placed my order before the movie started and didn't receive it until an hour into the movie. No complaining, but giving you an idea of what the time frame could be. Also, a bunch of people got their orders before me (so you don't think they are just super slow). They are efficient! The waiter was nice and very informative. Parking is behind the theater or across the street at Highland Diner. The layout of the theater is still the same they just added the bar in the vestibule!
This was by far one of the best experiences I've had at a cinema in a long time🎥 Great food and customer service was fabulous. The entire new set up is just amazing 👏🏿 Straight antique look...I absolutely LOVE IT! 💞 I did have a chance to meet Damon as well. Very nice guy. Kudos to the staff and keep up the good work🏆
If you are a fan of the Alamo Draft House then you will love this place. It's a much smaller scale than Alamo - think the mom and pop version of the Alamo. There is only one screen so they only play one movie at a time. But it was wonderful. Drinks were great. Food was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just make sure that you check out the website ahead of time to find out about parking and I would suggest creating a Heartland account prior to ordering the food. Definitely happy Rochester has something like this. I highly recommend it especially for a date night. We will be back, frequently. 😉
Not at all impressed. We were there to see the new Deadpool. We ordered the food and drinks together, my food came out first, my husband's came out 30 minutes later. The drinks came and hour after the food and we had to ask when we were going to get them. My advice, go to dinner and drinks somewhere else before you go see a movie here. The food was mediocre, I was not impressed and won't be going back . I wanted to love this place so much but it was a disappointment.
It is very nice inside. Comfortable chairs. You are able to order from your seat. They have a great bar and nice food choices. I ordered the $12 cheese quesadilla because they did not have wings. It was delicious. $6 more, you can add chicken. My friends ordered cheese pizza. The drinks were good price. I will be going back again. I went to the Friday comedy show. $10 tickets were absolutely worth it for some laughs.
