Needs update. Needs new house keepers. Who ever is in charge and expects rooms are NOT doing a good job! Our room was NASTY! I had to ask for cleaning spay. Hair in the shower. Microwave not clean! Refrigerator literally had caked up yellow stuff everywhere. My work crew works at night so we get in very early around 6 am. We are all wyndham rewards members which means we qualify for they checkouts. When asked for a late check we were denied. I literally had to show them the pictures I had for them to gives us a late check out! The apple juice for breakfast...I have no ideal what is in the machine I do not recommend this place AT ALL! The toilet had toilet paper in it already everything about this place is horrible. Wyndham should really disown this place hotel rooms also provide alarm clocks the two room we had clocks were set 15 mins fast for check out! Ever 15-20 out toilet made this loud noise that ran for about a min each time. These rooms are also smaller than the average hotel that I've ever been to.

My partner is a COVID nightshift nurse, so we sleep during the day. We checked in around 3PM (middle of the night for us). We got in the jacuzzi for about 45 minutes to relax before going to sleep. 6PM: She leaves for work. One of the family members running the motel tried lighting up cigarette in the front lobby and asked her if she had a lighter. She doesn't smoke. He started questioning her about where she was going "so late". We later saw several reviews of people who said they did not smoke in the room got nailed with $150 smoking fees. Another scam. 8.30PM I wake up and go out for breakfast. When I came back, I tried turning on the TV and it was totally glitched out. I called down to the lobby to inform them. The teenaged boy argued with me about switching rooms and told me it'd have to wait until the next morning. I asked if we could do the next evening instead, since my partner would just be getting off work and exhausted. About an hour goes by and I go pee. Toilet won't flush well. After trying to flush it a few times a pair of RUSTY TWEEZERS gurgle up. Unbelieveable. I call back down and ask for the room switch as I NEED A TOILET. I didn't ask for my money back. I didn't ask to upgrade to a nicer room. I was highly inconvenienced having to switch rooms. 8.30AM: My partner gets home from work. At this point the family running the hotel had been informed 4x that we were on nightshift and needed to sleep during the day. 10AM: We are woken up by the adult managers arguing with each other in the next room over (our old room). Screaming, banging, etc. 11AM: Violent pounding on our door. I tell him we're trying to sleep. The man starts screaming at us in broken English. I open the door dressed in my robe. He says he wants $100 *IN CASH* or he is calling the police. So sketchy. Says if we give him the cash he'll "let us stay". He brought up multiple times that her & I were in the hot tub together, acting disgusted and calling us "those kind of people". (We are a lesbian couple). He argued with us for over an hour. He stalked us outside of our room, and was screaming through the door. He wouldn't even give us adequete time to gather our things. He stalked us on the camera the evening before and saw that I had brought flowers for her. I had trimmed the leaves and threw them in the trash. He claimed I had stuffed them down the toilet and had pictures. Something he clearly did the next morning. He also said that we didn't work nightshift and called us liars. 12.30PM: At this point my partner had worked 6 12 hour shifts in a row helping COVID patients, had to go back in at 6PM and was exhausted. After almost 2 hours of trying to refute it, we talked him into giving us a full refund of the days we didn't stay, in exchange for $100 paid with debit. He was very weary to take the debit card payment, but when we started dialing the police and recording him, he obliged. Our time, peace of mind, and sleep was worth $100 at that point to just get out of this hell hole. On top of everything, the entire hotel smelled like smoke and old indian food. The walls were paper thin, and the motel looked like it hadnt been renovated since the 1970s. I hate to play the gay card, but there is no other explanation. I saw another biracial couple in the reviews that said similar things. Very sketchy. Very scammy. Very hateful.
Not at all what they advertise! Rooms were not very clean and small as a shoe box.. I asked for a refund and was told its going to take 7-10 days to get my money back.. I suggest using cash to pay at this place not your credit card.. Remember it took 10 seconds to take my money and now 7-10 days to get my money back. The place is a bit run down inside and out.. I asked for an upgrade to try to have a larger room i am a platinum member the owner refused.. Ya not a good place..**UPDATE** i received your response to my review.. I also went back and looked at other reviews and can see your very rude and condescending when someone put an on to god review for your hotel as such is what you did to mine when you stated "if i was a member i would have known you have to be diamond for an upgrade".. Well to be honest i am platinum and that means ive stayed in a lot of hotels so my reviews are extremely accurate.. Thankfully for me most Wyndham hotel owners would have upgraded a room that was inappropriate described on the wyndham site.. You did not and told me the rooms were exactly what was described on wyndham site.. They are not and thats very clear from other guest that have left very poor reviews.. You need to learn to take critisism without banning guest or leaving a very rude comment.. Its very unprofessional and i am reporting it to wyndham today.. All they have to do is go back and look at review after review to see how you respond to guest and Wyndham members.. You in no way should represent wyndham period.. You should never have even responded to my review unless it was to apologize.. Please free to add me to your DNR list..
Front desk wouldn’t let my husband check in for us or even grab luggage rack without me going inside, even with my phone containing room confirmation. He came out to grab my ID and they still wouldn’t let him check in for us. It was 10:30 at night on the 4th of July and I was trying to get our overtired 13 month old ready for bed. I’m also 6.5 months pregnant so even though we had a good experience last time we stayed here, the inconvenience and inconsiderate staff will prevent us from staying here in the future.
Toilet was loud. Someone was snoring right next door at 9pm when trying to go to sleep. Then i wake up to the same persons rooms alarm going off and them still snoring called the front desk with no response. Cheap but wouldnt recommend. Not your average hotel family owned and operated. Has a creepy feel. Big mirror in bedroom behind bed which made me feel watched the whole time.
