The gentleman working on 2/15 around 2pm was amazing! He recommended a drink that was phenomenal (white chocolate caramel cookie) and even gave me a small sample of the drink! He was super friendly and I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone!

Asked if I could order a banana chiller and add chocolate and the girl said “do you want to just get the chocolate banana one we already have?” And I said sure didn’t know you had one and they proceed to call out this berry named drink and I didn’t think it was mine until miss attitude walked around the corner to inform me the chocolate berry drink was mine. Very gross and I expected more intelligent employees. Rude girls. Need new staff who understand what customer service is. Whoever does the hiring process should also be reevaluated.

My favorite coffee place of all time because of their mint chocolate bomb mocha chiller. I have yet to find another place that has anything that tastes as good. I'm not a fan of the coffee flavor but enjoy coffee on occasion and while it does have coffee, it can't be tasted very much. It's very good and very sweet. I recommend trying it.

I love coffee… HOWEVER… I do not like mean girls. Whoever was working today, bullied my sister to the point where she walked out of her job. My sister is still training and they decided to give her the silent treatment to watch her fail. My sister is a very shy girl with social anxiety and hearing her call me in tears telling me her coworkers treated her this way… disgusting. Shame on you girls for treating people this way. Sounds to me like you girls need a little more training on respect. This behavior will not get you very far.
