Walking into the store is magical - the subtle smell of so many teas blending together makes you feel instantly at ease. Bronze cylinders line the walls, filled with every sort of tea you can imagine. I particularly love their Earl Grey Supreme, along with seasonals like Raspberry Burst and Toasted Bourbon Pecan. Staff is helpful and friendly, and if you want to try something out you can order a freshly brewed cup of whatever you're interested in. I would give it six stars if I could!

I’ve never been much of a tea drinker outside of standard ice cold sweet tea, but a friend of mine made me some Cinnamon Spice and I’ve been hooked! Since then I’ve tried a handful of different Fava Tea teas, and I can’t wait to try more. I appreciate the knowledge of the staff, not only to help me find teas I’ll enjoy (I’m picky), but also answering questions to help me learn how to best brew a cup. Thanks for all the help Appleton!

This place has the best loose leaf tea!! Helpful and friendly staff. And you can get a hot or iced tea to go if any tea in their store!

Now reading some of the reviews AFTER my visit to the store today makes me very disappointed that my experience was less than stellar. I stopped into the Appleton location this afternoon in hopes to find some guidance on the loose tea options. I walked into the store, door bells rang, and did not see store personnel at all. I started to look around and roughly 3 minutes later, a gal walked out of a back room door. Briefly said hello ( in a tone that seemed bothered) and walked right to the registers. I started to head up to ask her a few questions about certain tea suggestions she might have, to my disappointment she did not look up as I was asking my questions. She only looked up from what she was doing to answer “yes, we have stuff like that, right there in the center”, pointing me to the center of the floor. For someone who is very unfamiliar with loose tea, hence all my questions, I was very much taken back. Another indication she did not want to be bothered. And I was the ONLY one in the store! At this point I really just wanted to walk out and take my business elsewhere, but where! This is the only loose tea place that I’ve always been told about. Needless to say, I just picked something from “over there in the center “, paid and left. Such a sad experience when I really wanted to love this place.

Today was my first day at Fava Tea Company and I'm sold for life! Customer service from both associates was great! They answered all of my dietary questions and were patient with my indecisiveness. Haha This place has a TON of options so there is no way to leave empty handed. I love that their is a Wellness Collection! They had free samples and a cute area to buy drinks they'll make at. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend.
