The young lady that waited on us need them some training and customer service. I don't care for people that work for a company that talk about customers that came before me. Because it makes me wonder what they're going to say about me. We ordered coffee and tea and we had to wait on the coffee which was understandable. However, we would ask people to see if it was ready and they would not do that. I've been in customer service for over 45 years and you need to retrain your people

Was told to pull to spot 1, waited 10 minutes and they gave my food to other people (they asked me if it was mine because they seen me sitting and waiting). Stopped there because the one in Madison was busy and figured Hanover might be faster. Never again.

Worst Mcdonalds, fries were cold even though its was busy. Chicken sandwich was stringy and elastic. quarter pounder was barely hot or tasty. The coffee was good, Husband and I both were all with stomach issues all night. As usual had to pull to the end and wait.

It's always nice when I go there and my food is 75% pretty good out of 100% sometimes it's a miss but that's anywhere in fastfood all n all pretty good place to go eat here in Madison or Hanover Indiana.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Using the app is almost pointless, they don’t give you your receipt, you have to wait 2x longer than anyone else in line which defeats the purpose of ordering through the app, and they never give you your whole order so you’re stuck waiting for them to bring everything else out. Not to mention everyone at the windows are so rude and do not even listen to anything you have to say. Would give zero stars if I could.
