Specifically for the pharmacy - I called to ask a simple question about my medication this morning and the pharmacist was the most rude and condescending man I have interacted with in a long time. I was being kinda and patient the entire interaction. I just wanted to make sure that the medication I was given the day prior was the same as the one I usually get as the name had changed. He proceeded to lecture and sass me for not knowing that these medications were the same. Of course, how dare I ask someone who’s job it is to know this stuff a quick question to insure the medication hadn’t changed as I have had issues with getting the wrong prescription in the past. Not how I needed or wanted to start my morning.

Debbie one of the pharmacy technicians is so great! She always smiles and is very helpful and friendly. Also is nice to my dog! Give her a raise she’s a great employee!!

This pharmacy is getting worse all the time. They want to auto fill when not requested, and not fill in a timely manner when ordered. I ordered my medication on line and the recording told me I could pick up after noon the next day. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told it would be another hour. I explained I was 45 minutes away but the rude Technition told me I could drive around for an hour or come in and wait she didn’t care but the order would not be ready for another hour. I have been with this pharmacy for over 25 years but it is time for me to switch. As I said they keep getting worse and worse.

Sherri in the pharmacy is super rude every time I need a prescription filled. My doctor called in the prescription Wednesday, and it’s 4 pm on Friday and she says she’ll try to get to it by the end of the day. These prescriptions are important and need to be fulfilled so there is no lag in medicine. I just didn’t appreciate her attitude, as she works in a customer service role and I was very polite when asking about my prescription status.

I've been using this particular pharmacy for approximately 28 yrs plus and they have been nothing less than great professional folks who do show their wonderful personalities of caring, kind and once again most professional personable pharmacist, techs, cashier's. They have had a great team there and I cannot say enough GREAT thing's about them.
