Food is predictable and good. Speed of service has been really slow. Long wait times are now the norm at most locations. Both early morning and late evening, be prepared to wait. I would avoid unless you absolutely need to eat something from McDonalds in Kalamazoo.
None of the employees had masks on, not even improperly on. I also didn’t see any gloves on the employee handing food out the drive threw window. I then had food poisoning and had to miss work the following day. I would not recommend. There are better McDonalds in the area that follow proper safety procedures.

This location is way more efficient than the one on Westnedge. The cast of employees are prompt and right on. The line moves fast during the lunch rushes. Food is all McDonalds worthy, and they don't forget the straw!!
Even with whats going on today and a super long line in the drive thru,our cashier was very friendly and the person who handed us our food was just as nice. Our order was for 7 hungry people and they got everything correct?. We will definitely stop buy when we are driving through again!!
