Always great service and atmosphere at Lula’s! Super friendly staff and the chairs are very comfortable! Only down side I have is the last three times we have gone, the barista did not know how to prepare a pour over coffee. I think that skill should be a given for a coffee shop. But I will still support and patronize Lula’s every opportunity I can.

The ambience, staff, service, drinks, and all the use-at-home products we've tried are stellar! I usually find ONE thing and stick with that, but I haven't found just one drink--I have enjoyed each one I've tried. The seasonal/monthly themed drinks really add to the experience and the staff are always helpful with their descriptions/insight if we find ourself torn. AND!! The reward system is super easy and an extra plus! 🙂

Lula’s is our favorite! We love yo shop local but also the consistency of the product is great. At some places when you order the same drink it is never the same. I love the friendliness of the staff. This will always be our go to. I actually work in west Florence and come into town on 52 to go to Lula’s and then drive across town passing several other coffee shops! Lula’s is#1!

Wish they had a good vegan option for breakfast, and that they’d go strawless for iced drinks; otherwise, my favorite place to go in Florence! Great, creative, seasonal drinks and a variety of flavors. Both locations are great. I love that the one in Pamplico has a drive-through.

Just discovered this cute little shop is close to my job and so glad I did! Came during my break and tried their moonflower drink, oh my goodness, it’s so good. And was very happy not to spend my whole lunch in line, it was very quiet, looks like a great place to study!
