Wow! I haven't been here in YEARS! One reason is that we dont go to the movies very often. But, to be honest, the Julia used to be a lower-end movie theater (and when you saw the inside, you knew why) That has certainly changed for the better! It's only $6 a person to see a movie before 8pm and $8 afterward. The snack/popcorn area is also impressive! My mom and I split a large popcorn and large drink for only $9. Do you know how much that would be at the other movie theater in town? About $20 or more! They even offer caramel corn, which is not even an option at the other place! That's amazing! There is plenty of space between the rows and comfortable chairs(see picture). The only downside is being a shorter person and possibly not being able to see over the person in front of you. If that's the only fownside these days, I will take it! I will certainly be back to see a movie at some point!
I usually bring my kids here bc the prices are good and everyone is usually nice. On June 15th we went expecting to watch Inside out 2, we were waiting in line to get tickets when a man approached us telling us every 5pm show was sold out, he was nice about it. My son starts telling me it’s hot, so we decide to go inside bc I don’t have a car and we usually Uber, Ubers take time to meet you, per as soon as we go inside where the AC hit us we instantly felt good, an older woman with glasses addressed us “excuse me do you all have tickets?” In a very unfriendly voice, I then told her we were going to wait inside bc the until our Uber got there, she then rolled her eyes, and went back to her job. Both of my sons noticed how rude she was. It was very disheartening the whole experience.
Enjoy myself. Very clean up to date and affordable. Staff very nice also. Someone done a GREAT job with this place
Love going here for movies! Reasonable prices and they have updated thevseats.
Friendly staff, spacious seats, clean premises, cheap tickets & pretty good for your money 😊. The list of movies is limited but for a smaller theater it's totally understandable.
