Love Tammy!!! She's the best. Great menu options, and it's clearly the local spot. Reindeer sausage, eggs, blueberry pancakes are on the breakfast menu. The Reuben on the lunch menu was BOMB. Yummy fries. We went 2x while staying in Talkeetna, it was awesome.

Lunch was excellent- popcorn shrimp, Caesar salad, burger and club were all delicious. Good portions and fresh. This place hit the spot when we were all very hungry. Service was on point- prompt, no nonsense and friendly.

Had a great breakfast there. Love the people and the atmosphere, cozy and with hunting theme. One star down because my burrito was on average level rather than impressive. My friend loved the omelet.

Came for dinner. Chili was good. My halibut was 4 pieces and 2 were amazing and definitely halibut, the other 2 tasted like a generic white fish. Serve was friendly and got everything right. was not a busy night and everything came out kind of slow.

We stopped in for a quick bite before our Alaska Railroad excursion. I chose the 2 egg breakfast with reindeer sausage and toast. Wife had the half order of biscuits and gravy. Both meals were quite good. Gravy is tasty, biscuits are dense and delicious. The bar makes for a great dining location, and our prompt bartender kept us in bloody mary happiness. We were more than "nourished". (see schmucky yelp review)
