I placed an online order for pick up. When I brought the food back to work, there was a sandwich missing. Usually I check my bags before I leave to avoid things like this, but I hadn’t this time. I called and was expecting to have to come back and pick up the sandwich. No big deal. Like I said I should have double checked. But they ended up delivering the missing sandwich to me. Many thanks to the wonderful service.

Terrible service. At least 4-5 order processed before ours include the party that was with us. Staff was rude.one of the staff made negative comments argued when asked was to share the receipt she kept referring to. It takes a lot to become frustrated as I have worked fast food. Won’t be back for sometime due to the condescending tone and snide comments.

Normally really good for and service but none of it was good this time. Delivery lady came with my food that I already paid for in the app. They sat there and told me i didn’t pay for it when it came out of my card with proof. Well I had to double pay her so I got some cash for my already paid for food then this girl tells me she doesn’t carry change but you can only pay with cash not ok. When I said no I want my change she sat the with a dumb look on her face then said let me check if I have any. low and behold she came back with change that’s she apparently did not have. Not only was the customer service bad the sandwich’s bread itself was hard and made my mouth hurt so I paid double for the worst sandwich I have ever had.

Awesome sandwiches and wraps! Friendly & FAST service. The roast beef was fantastic. Will be back for sure. Bring an appetite, eat a giant and leave satisfied! Excellent!

The woman at the counter didn’t say anything to us upon entering just starred at us , weird so i asked her if she was ok? short wait, but loud!, full of small kids. So we left. I had #1 and when I opened the sandwich it had barely one slice of turkey on it. My husband had #8 gigantic and it had 2 slices of meat 25.00 for just those sandwiches/ slices of bread i should say wont be back !
