The location is nice. The hotel is clean and for a pretty low price you get a full kitchen. The gym is decent. Its not big but it didn't seem dirty at least. So far I have not heard any rude or loud people, the insulation in the walls must be pretty decent. I didn't see any stains or hairs on the bed sheets or bathroom which is a plus. The bed definitely gets the job done but not as comfy as others. However, they made up for it with decent pillows. I do wish the tv was a little bigger though. All in all, pretty nice place.
Very nice hotel. The suite was roomy and has several amenities including a kitchen and large bathroom. Since we sometimes want to travel with a pet, this hotel chain works because pets are allowed. Complimentary breakfast, workout facility, laundry room and more. We were very pleased with the room. It is close to Executive Airport, but we hardly noticed any aircraft noise.
Customer service is great. Unfortunately, hotel is a little either dated or going under renovation? For a comfy bed and clean room it works. If you need convenience to anything it’s so far. Oh I added an extra star for amenities of gym and inexpensive laundry! Can’t beat laundry 🧺 here.
This is such a friendly, caring staffed hotel. Management Susan and Sharon are super helpful and friendly. Check In staff are wonderful and readily available. Hotel suite and kitchenette are very clean. The room is comfortable and updated. The atmosphere is very quiet. Morning breakfast is rated A. There is in building laundry and fitness room. I’m happy to have chosen this hotel. Highly recommend!!! M. O’Brien - two week stay.
Best experience I've ever had at a hotel. I was extended stay. All the staff was absolutely amazing: Sydney, Taro, and the managers. I'm bad with names, but the cleaning lady was always so nice! One time the Shuttle broke down, and they ordered a taxi for me and reimbursed the fare as soon as I brought it up, in cash! Staying at an apartment on a short term lease would have been only $100 less, but with the hotel you get a shuttle to the groceries, shuttle to work and back, free breakfast everyday, free WiFi, your room cleaned every day, and a staff that will fix any plumbing or A/C issues same day or immediately the following day. It's worth every penny if you're doing a 3-10 month stay! And if you stay for 3+ months, you become a Diamond Member with the biggest hotel chain! So that alone is also a huge plus! I'm so glad I chose this hotel, and I wouldn't change it! I always felt safe and well taken care of! Thank you staff for everything!
