I reserved a Mid size SUV. They gave me a Nissan Versa. This is a compact car. Not sure if it’s this enterprise but this is the first time this has happened. Of course I was just landing and no desire to argue with anyone. But this is completely unacceptable. Will ensure the vehicle before making a payment
My rental car experience with Enterprise was horrific. The first vehicle I rented for this trip had electronic problems. I called customer service at least 8 times asking for a swap out. I got no help at all. Two times they told me they scheduled a swap out. When I called that location, they told me they did not have the size vehicle I needed. When I called back to customer service, they told me to just go to that location and have them call customer service. When I told them that was asinine, they hung up on me. Finally, I just started calling different rental locations myself. The other locations told me that is a common problem with Enterprise's customer service and national reservations. I had to swap out vehicles two times. I was in a time crunch because I was going to pick up my son who was returning from a 9-month Navy deployment. Two days after I turned in the third vehicle, I received a call from a towing company asking me where I left the first vehicle. I had turned it in when I swapped it out the first time. I have been using Enterprise for more 20 years. My last two rental experiences have been terrible. I submitted a review for the first bad experience and never heard from Enterprise. I was absolutely convinced the Enterprise office at the Atlanta airport was intentionally charging customers for services they did not request. I have the receipts to prove it. I could go on and on but will not waste any more time when I know these reviews fall on deaf ears. If Enterprise really cares they can contact me. I will end by saying my last rental experience was so bad, the manager at the Buffalo airport office gave me 66% off my bill. Thank you to him.
First of all, tired after a long flight, the Enterprise agent was available immediately, no fuss. In five minutes, I was ready to go. They gave me a 4Runner, which made me happy right out of the gate. I took it across the border to visit relatives, and navigated busy city traffic for the week. I guess the best review is that I have few comments. The car did what cars do without issues of any kind. The tolls on the highway to Niagara Falls were conveniently dealt with, at a token cost, without fuss.
I love Enterprise. I have been using them for 20 years. Never had a problem. My flight was canceled and I had to get home so I just took my current rental 1000 miles to get home. I couldn't call them until 4 hours after I left. They told me it was no problem I could return the car anywhere. I even purchased a Toyota 4 Runner from them 5 years ago. Great company and amazing customer service.
Very quick service and helpful with my rental questions. The other rental agencies had long lines and grumpy customers. I walked right up and got my car within 15 minutes. (I pre-reserved and pre-checked-in).
