Was helped promptly upon arrival to the counter. Car was fairly new, clean, and in good condition. Although it would have been nice to be able to select your own model from a line up. Upon return there was a wait to be greeted and complete the return. Overall a wonderful experience.

So I flew into Buffalo extremely early in the morning, only Alamo and Dollar rental car we're open. Unfortunately the computers went down with Dollar rent a car so Alamo being right next to Dollar Rent-A-Car I was able to rent a car through them. The woman that was working early in the morning was extremely nice and helped me out of a jam I was in. I needed to get a car to get to the hotel to sleep. Well it took no longer than 10-15 minutes and I was on my way. The SUV was beautiful and drove very well. Even returning the car was a breeze. Even when I return the car yesterday they couldn't have been nicer! So the whole experience renting a car from Alamo was outstanding. They emailed all the paperwork they texted me to make sure I was okay and gave me a number I could call if there was a problem. What more do you want from a rental car company? So all I can say is I was completely satisfied with the experience.

The process from the time we arrived at the counter to getting the vehicle was quick and painless. The agent at the desk was courteous & polite. The car size we reserved wasn’t available but we were given an upgrade instead, no harm no foul. I will continue to use Alamo. They’re the only company that I have absolutely no trouble out of when it’s time to rent. I’m always in & out of the airports no matter what city. Thanks again Buffalo.

Rented a car on Wednesday, service at the counter was great. At the end of the trip I filled up the tank and they said their transponder didn’t pick it up. So they told me to go to the desk to get the charges reversed. I did and the next day - Sunday I had a charge on my credit card for 142.00. That has now put me over my credit limit and I am now being hit with over credit charges. I called customer service and they said they do not understand why I have this charge on my card. And I had to submit a ticket for it, and prove to them I was charged this. They said they would email me and never did. So now I have to waste more time and call back to find out how I can get a refund along with paying the overage charge. Thanks Avis!

Best rental car experience ever. The associate patiently answered my questions about care plan. I took Damage coverage plan subsequently. After that, car pick up and drop off so smooth that I didn’t feel any issue at all. The car are was squeaky clean as well :) I ll rent car again from Alamo in my travel destinations.
