As much as we love this location. There this lady ‘Nikki’ who took our order at drive through and her voice was clearly breaking up in the machine. She got the wrong order and when we asked for the correct order at the window (noticed we were Indians) she kept telling her colleagues that it was a ‘language barrier’ when it was clearly her job to know what the customer needs are. Very bad service by particular person.

The drive thru attendant (nikki) was very rude and couldn’t get the order right when I repeated the order twice, we had to get down and go in, what’s the point of a drive thru. She was trying to cover her mistake saying there’s a language barrier which was a racial comment given we are India.

Every time I come here no matter the time of day there is a long line and I now see why. It took 16 minutes to order and I had to park for my 2 wake-up wraps because they claimed that there was only 1 person doing food and there were a lot of food orders!!!!

If I could give none-1/2 stars I would. Stopped inside to get a coffee. 4 people were just standing around and didn't acknowledge I was there. One girl finally came up to the register and proceeded to read something on the counter before finally helping me. Was very rude right from the get go. Took my order and money and walked away. As I stood waiting for 1 single coffee for 15 minutes, I watched as the girls working there made drinks....FOR THEMSELVES! I finally got my coffee and it was a disaster. Made wrong and coffee spilled all over the outside of the cup. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by having them do their job! I understand short staffing issues in most places, but there were at least 5 girls working there. They were more focused on themselves and the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous! Do Better! Will not being going back!
