I don't really like this store. I've visited a few times now since it's my nearest GNC and it seems to be a toss up if they have what I need in stock. Half the time I need to drive to a farther store or order online. The staff never seem to know what's going on with what GNC is doing. They never know when Pro week is and they have trouble handling Pro-related requests (see below). I've been to other stores in the past that seem to be more tuned in to what GNC is doing. My membership ended recently but I was still owed a Pro box from when I had one, GNC is just doing this annoying thing where they won't ship it to you now. They make you pick it up at the store. So I went and the guy acted like he was doing me a favor giving me one even though I wasn't a pro member anymore, when my membership only ended 2 months ago and I only just got around to picking up my Pro box. This was after having called and given the info that there would be no issue, there's no time limit on when you can pick it up. Your message should be consistent via phone and in person. Not really a fan anymore, gonna go somewhere else or only order online.

I stopped in on Saturday, glad they are open! Talked with Jon and asked quite a few questions.. he answered them all with a smile!! I love this store!!
