So I am normally a repeating customer here and everyday I ask for a 32oz energy drink and I tell them to surprise me on flavor, and this time I got a thing on top called cloud topper or something like that and it is the best drink I've EVER got from them. I love this store and highly recommend a cloud topper on your energy drinks here keep up the great work :)

Went to aroma joes to get 3 coffees for myself and my two coworkers. I ordered 3 mediums, ended up getting 1 medium and 2 smalls. One drink was labeled the other two we had to guess at which was which. No tray either for 3 drinks, didn’t offer a tray. Very unfortunate, I think we will take our business elsewhere next time. @americarunsondunkin

Update: I spoke with Ciara from corporate about the situation. She was prompt, professional and kind when it came to rectifying the situation. I appreciate her help in addressing the issue. Thank you again! I stopped by in the morning drive thru on my way to work. I had a coupon for a $3 Maine Maple Cold Brew. The barista told me to hold on a second and I assume took the coupon to show to her manager. She came back and said this coupon was only for the Manchester location. As you can see in the picture, the fine print is blurry and hardly legible. From a customer’s perspective, I had no way of knowing this. I felt that Aroma Joe’s Concord should have understood this and honored the coupon without a second thought. The fact that they did not was disappointing and put a damper on my morning. I did not have the opportunity to speak with a manager about the matter because I needed to go to work.

This was the first time my wife and I had ever tried any this brand of coffee on our road trip and were very satisfied with the coffee and breakfast items we ordered. The variety of flavors they offer on hot coffee was different and the ones we tried were delicious. Good enough that we stopped again the following day for breakfast again. We tried The Nutty Bar and Sticky Bunz hot flavored coffee and both were tasty and not over sweet. The hashbrowns are a must.

I visited this coffee shop in Concord, NH today for the first time, as I'm visiting Concord for a couple days on a New England wide work trip. You gotta check this place out! It was convenient on 135 Loudon Rd. across from Keach Park, Concord, easily accessible off of Loudon Rd., sufficient parking and easy drive through ordering around the building, I was welcomed upon entering, the outside and inside of the building was nicely decorated, the employees were all friendly and efficient, the dining room was clean with sufficient, varied kinds of seating, music playing, big windows to let the sun in!, a good size menu of drinks and light food items to go, the restroom was clean, and the free WiFi worked well.
