The hotel definitely gives off the vibe of "it used to be a great place, but everything is now old." My guess is they have revamped some of their rooms, but not all of them. Our room was spacious, but carpets and walls were dingy, shower could not get hot enough and water pressure sucked. It just felt and looked worn down. There were also some weird stains on one of the beds. A mini fridge is not one of their amenities, despite this place being a 4 star hotel. If you do need one, they will charge an extra $25. Service was not the best. We asked the front desk for extra towels, and no one brought them to us. Our room literally only came with one big towel, and 3 medium towels and 3 wash towels. How is that enough for 4 people? We chose to stay here bc it was only a 10min drive to an event we were going to, but there are many other great hotels in the area. Its proximity to the airport is great, but if you actually want a nice and comfortable stay, this place is probably not where you want to go for that.

If this review is helpful, please make sure you leave it a like 👍👍👍. I stayed here one night on business. It's close to the airport. The hot water pressure is great. The bed did not sleep all that well. They do have nice blackout curtains . Hospitality at the hotel was good. Not that much around this hotel. It's good if you just need to spend the night close to the airport.

The rooms do not come with a microwave or fridge. That cost us $50 more a night than the original. Breakfast also does not come free with rooms. Or you can pay per day for breakfast. $15 for continental and about $25 for hot breakfast buffet. It is very close to the airport, and has a very nice look in the lobby. Lots of parking.

What a dump! We stayed one night & moved to another major chain hotel nearby where we got a suite for less. The lobby is nice. Seems somewhat modernized & clean. We were there for a conference during a heat wave. It was unbearably hot in the foyer & conference rooms. There were *a lot* of people but the AC was not keeping up. The hall carpets on the room floors were stained, worn, and very old looking based on the style. A bit of wall paper was torn in one of the halls/elevator lobby on the 4th floor. The carpet in the rooms was *slightly* cleaner but I would not walk on it barefoot. The hall had towards our room had a distinct smell of pot when we walked by. It dissipated closer to the room but then the hall just smelled stale. The bed itself was comfortable. The sheets were crisp & fresh. The room was very dated, at least to the 90's. The bathroom had the original 70's drop lighting. The faucets were also circa 90's, with hard water stains. One handle was slightly cracked, the other handle was missing the base plate 'cover'. Would not return.

I have stayed at numerous Hilton Doubletree hotels and have always found them to be reliable and comfortable. However, I was absolutely appalled by the abysmal condition of the rooms during my recent stay. We were flying back to Florida the following day and anticipated a restful night's sleep, as Doubletree has consistently met our expectations. This time, however, the experience was profoundly disappointing. The hallway carpets were disgustingly dirty, the walls were filthy, and there was a pervasive stench of cigarette smoke that extended all the way to our room. Despite our insistence on a non-smoking, clean room, we were offered another room that was marginally less dirty and still reeked of cigarette smoke, though to a lesser degree. We chose not to make a fuss as I was feeling unwell, but the ordeal was far from over. When I attempted to take a shower, there was not a drop of hot water, forcing me to endure a freezing cold shower. I am baffled as to how the management is allowed to run the hotel in such a deplorable state. Does upper management never conduct quality control checks? How can they permit loyal customers to be subjected to such disrespect by offering rooms in such disarray? It took two phone calls after an extremely exhausting day to correct the situation, and we had to move our belongings three times. This experience was profoundly disappointing and utterly unacceptable.
