Please don't stay here unless you absolutely have to. They overcharged my credit card for a night I did not stay and I am still trying to get it removed. I told them the pool was disgusting and needed to be cleaned and they did nothing. The food is not good. The breakfast buffet is $18 for a continental breakfast offering. The front desk couldn't find all of the reservations for my family, then asked if we were checking out a day early and then overcharged me for a extra day after we checked out. The location is far away from any activities or good restaurants. I would only stay here if I needed to get to the airport asap, otherwise please find another hotel.
Our flight was delayed and we missed our connection, so ended up spending a short night here. The staff were helpful and polite, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower felt amazing. Breakfast is not included but there are a la carte and buffet options. The pool was warm and seemed properly balanced; it even has nice benches for sitting on while you soak and pool towels are provided on a cart outside.
The staff here is AMAZING and took great care of my husband and kids when they got stranded with cancelled flights. They gave them food and comfy rooms and even stored my husbands bag of frozen fish from his fishing trip which was very $$! Thank you so much!
little bit older hotel that's ready for a remodel but is fairly well maintained strange outlets and drains in the bathroom drop ceiling. nothing really negative to report at the same time nothing to cheer about. nothing near the hotel other than the airport.
I typically don't leave reviews of a hotel because, usually, my stay is decent enough not to leave one. But this hotel needs to be cleaned up. I read recent reviews of bed bugs, and I got eaten up the nights I stayed here. So it doesn't seem like they fixed the problem. Please be careful before staying here and before you do, check your beds.
