Our overall experience was pleasant. Service was quick. Servers were kind. We ordered the southwest egg rolls and potato skins for appetizers. Both were fresh and delicious 😋. Next for our entrees we ordered the BBQ bacon cheddar burger and the coconut shrimp. The shrimp in my opinion was heavily breaded didn’t really taste like coconut shrimp at all. Cut the roof of my month. The burger was just as good as it looks.
Food is decent. The staff are nice. Theater 11 has a rip in the screen that has gotten bigger over the years.. kinda hard to ignore and would be nice if it got fixed.
It was a great experience with me and my daughter clean restroom and very friendly and helpful service food was great and nice seating arrangements and great prices for food and drinks and if you're interested and in Houston this is a great family place...to visit me and my daughter love going here and we will be back.. thanks
The food quality has diminished the past three visits! I wouldn’t expect much from the kitchen. They have great icees tho! 😄 You can taste the old oil even on the wings.
Went in to the 215 bad boys showing. Food was great and our server was amazing. That was the great part. When we got into theater 3 the floors were sticky trash was in our sent. Then the movie started. Great movie until about halfway. The picture stopped and sound continued for about 5 minutes. Asked staff about it and was told we would be receiving refunds. Then they blamed it on the rain and rewound the movie. Staff was Very unorganized and unprepared to answer any questions. I paid over 120 dollars for this. Next time I’ll take my business elsewhere. And then to top it all off on the way out the door I was told “Sorry about that, here is a mint. This was our first time here. Do yourself a favor and go to star cinema in baybrook. The theaters are clean and have never had any issues.
