I'm visiting Winter Haven from out of town for a few days with my children. Today was just a rough long day for me. One child has a daily medication she takes shortly before bed. It was 9:30pm this evening after I searched high and low for her medication in our hotel room, all bags and the car. My anxiety was threw the roof. I called and spoke with Angie who was SO sweet. I was almost in tears feeling like a bad mom. I asked if it was possible to get 3 pills (we're here for 3 nights). She placed me on hold and came back saying she could fill the whole script, add a discount card and that I could pick it up before they closed at 10pm!!! I jumped out of my skin with shock. I was SO relieved. Thank you Angie!!!! My first time ever misplacing a medication. Your kind words and quick attention to my situation really impressed me and more importantly felt like we mattered. Thank you again for being the healthcare worker we all need! You made my whole day ❤️

I am glad that my local CVS (Winter Haven, Fl) is so friendly and helpful. Each time I enter the store I know I will be welcomed and asked if they can be of service. Then, as I leave they thank me for being there. All a very nice experience.

Yves, the manager, stopped unpacking boxes to stock the shelves, and showed me exactly where the product I wanted was located. He and all the staff here are so professional but always make me feel like family. It's my favorite local shop.

I had to leave a 5 star review not so much for the store but for the cashier Michael who works in the mornings. That man makes you feel like you walked into a luxury resort or Disneyland. He has such a great attitude and is so full of life. No joke, this man should be the face of customer service in retail all over the world and train others. CVS is incredibly lucky to have him.

The Pharmacy Tech that was working today 4/16/24, (around noon)was really wonderful! The script we were picking up was transferred, expedited and we received excellent customer service at the drive thru...
