I recently visited the Publix Super Market at Northgate in Winter Haven, and I had an excellent experience. I went to the deli and got subs, and they were absolutely fantastic. I got a chicken tender sub with a spicy twist, while my dad opted for a savory Philly cheesesteak. Both were just absolutely amazing. The person behind the counter was not only friendly and fast but also did a perfect job crafting our subs. When we ate them, it was like taking a bite of heaven. I highly recommend their deli for anyone looking for a delicious and well-made sub.

I went to your store today for a Publix Sub salad. There were 2 people ahead of me it took 40 mins to get my order. Gabriel was really fast but the other lady was really super slow. I didn't have time to eat my lunch. 😣

At the time of 10:04 am I went into the bakery on 4/20/2024. I asked Patricia if I would be able to purchase some cake cover sets? She went and asked another employee and returned with a set of 9. After she told me the price I said 5 will work. I ended up paying double than what I should have due to error on the price of the ticket when Patricia input it. The ticket was printed at a higher price per piece than it should have. Patrica let me know after I had already paid for them and apologized. I asked her to just give me 5 more so we don't have to return it, make a correct ticket, and make me repay again to make it easier on her and I. She replied "she had to ask her manager". Her managers name is Rosetta. I was standing there as she asked can I have 5 more. Rosetta starts ranting and running around with her hands up aggravated saying (pull the cameras). "I just don't have 1000s of cake containers just to give you. I said " ma'am I'm not asking for 1000s I am asking for 5 more. Shs also said I needed to make a special order for that many. I told Rosetta I was simply implying it would make it easier for both of us to just give me 5 more due to their error. Patricia I'm so sorry and apologetic to you that you have to work with Rosetta. You should have someone that models behavior that you want Publix associates to display. I'm sorry you have her as your leadership and or role model. It's not fair to the customers and definitely not to the employee's. This behavior I did not expect to come from a Publix associate it deeply saddens me. I have been to many Publix stores and by far this is the worst behavior on display I have seen so far.

Employees at Northgate Public in Winter Haven are the most useful, courteous and knowledgeable people. They always go the "extra mile" to help a customer. Today (6/27) around 10:30 am, Julio was restocking frozen goods when I was getting ice cream. The item was BOGO and there was only one in the freezer. He checked his cell phone and found there were more in stock. So, he went back and got me another one. (Well, he brought back a whole box and restocked that item.) Thank you for going the extra mile, Julio!

I picked up an Insta cart order today, the man who helped me was so personable I believe his name was Jayce or Jay I couldn’t hear too well when I called the store back to ask. The associate went out in the rain with my baby and myself, he got all of our groceries in the car for us and was so kind about it all. He was also very careful with placing so many groceries in the car where they wouldn’t get smushed and got them in quickly. I’ll definitely return to this publix again!
